Booking Terms & Conditions
These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations made through our website, by email, or directly with our agency. By confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge having read and accepted these terms.
1. Contract & Licensing
By making a booking and receiving confirmation from us, a contract is formed between Moroccan Best Tours (a licensed travel agency operating under Moroccan Law 11-16, holding the required financial guarantees and liability insurance) and the client.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and accepts these conditions on behalf of all travelers in the group.
2. Payment & Deposits
A deposit of 40 % is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid 5 days before the tour start date.
For bookings made less than 5 days before the tour, full payment is required immediately.
Payment can be made online via our secure payment system, by bank transfer, or in person at our registered office.
3. Pricing
All prices are in € and include all services described in the confirmed itinerary.
Prices are final upon booking confirmation but may change before that date due to currency fluctuations, fuel increases, or other unforeseen costs in accordance with Moroccan commercial law.
4. Cancellations by the Client
If the client cancels the tour, the following fees apply:
More than 30 days before departure: full refund minus transaction fees
15 to 30 days: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: no refund
Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 14 working days.
No refunds for no-shows or early departures.
These conditions comply with Moroccan Consumer Protection Law 31-08, ensuring fairness to both parties.
5. Changes by the Client
All change requests must be sent in writing. We will do our best to accommodate them, subject to availability and possible additional costs.
6. Cancellations or Modifications by the Company
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour due to force majeure, including but not limited to: natural disasters (earthquake, flood, storm), political unrest, strikes, government actions, or any unsafe conditions beyond our control.
If cancellation occurs, clients will be offered an alternative or a full refund.
7. Travel Insurance
Clients must have valid travel insurance covering health, accidents, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.
Our agency is not liable for incidents not covered by such insurance.
8. Responsibilities & Liability
We act as an intermediary between the client and third-party service providers (hotels, transport, guides). We are not liable for acts or omissions of third parties, nor for delays, injuries, losses, or damages beyond our control.
All clients must behave respectfully and comply with Moroccan laws during the trip.
9. Special Requirements
Clients must inform us at the time of booking of any dietary restrictions, allergies, medical conditions, or mobility issues to assess feasibility.
10. Children & Minors
Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Certain tours may have minimum age requirements.
11. Complaints
Any complaint must be reported during the tour so corrective measures can be taken immediately. Written complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the tour’s end.
12. Personal Data & Privacy
We collect and process only the information necessary for bookings and legal compliance. Data is not shared with third parties except when required for service delivery (e.g., hotels).

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Moroccan law, specifically Law 11-16 (regulating travel agencies) and Law 31-08 (consumer protection).
Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
